When I watched your vlog, Jade, I had very real echo’s of how I used to be. I hated flying. I would have full on panic attacks on and off all morning before the flight and then other panic attacks when I was on the flight. Before we flew to FL in June 2022, my husband recommended watching take off/landing videos on You Tube. We ended up watching Airliner’s live on YT who are based at Manchester airport. They live stream take off and landings. It massively helped me. When I actually flew in June 2022, I didn’t have one panic attack. I was excited to fly for the first time ever. I know that phobia’s are not a “one size fits all” situation but just thought that I would add a comment for Kev and anyone else who suffers with such this debilitating phobia. x
