Disney World: Why Geo 82 is Our New Favourite Epcot Hideaway Lounge

If you’ve been following our adventures for a while, you know we love a good Disney day, but sometimes you just need to step away from the crowds and find a bit of “me time.”

Well, we found it. If you’re looking for a refined escape in Epcot, Geo 82 is it! We headed over to try it out, and let’s just say, it didn’t disappoint.

Located high above the park at the back of Spacehip Earth, this adults-only lounge is pure luxury from the moment you step inside. If you’re planning a trip soon, here is everything you need to know about this swanky new spot.

The Vibe: Luxury Meets Relaxation

The first thing you notice is the atmosphere. It has a swanky, relaxed vibe that feels worlds away from the hustle and bustle of World Discovery below.

One of our favourite touches was the “spa-like” welcome. As soon as we were seated, we were presented with hot towels to freshen up (someone told us the towels are cool in hot months). It’s those little details that really elevate the experience and make you feel like you’ve truly escaped into a high-end retreat.

The Menu: Quality Worth the Price Tag

We have to talk about the food and drinks because, wow, the service and food were both a 10/10.

The Cocktails: Yes, they come with a premium price tag, but they definitely deliver on quality. These aren’t your standard theme park pours; they are craft drinks with complex flavours and beautiful presentation.

The Food: The small plates are actually good-sized portions. Whether you’re looking for a light bite or something a bit more indulgent to pair with your drink, the menu is great. We went for the charcuterie board (fabulous), the Mushroom flat bread (Amazing), and Hummus (Would probably skip the Hummus next time, to be honest)

Planning Your Visit

Because Geo 82 is such a standout experience, it is already becoming one of the toughest seats to get in the park. Here are our top tips for getting in:

Reservations are a must: This isn’t really a “walk-up” kind of place if you want to guarantee a spot.
Move Fast: Slots go incredibly fast on the Disney app. We recommend checking exactly 60 days out from your visit or keeping a close eye on the app for last-minute cancellations.
